Great little explainers about what the differen boxes/sections are for.&#10;Set up to make it easy to facilitate a great discovery process - we are learning a lot by going through the process of the journey mapping, impact mapping and persona creation. We also love how all of these components fit together so seamlessly, and how you can pull the different elements into the different 'views' eg persona into the journey map etc.&#10;Also great tools for visualisation and great guidance for categorisation purposes, as well as the freedom to be able  to chose which ones to utilise in each instance.

> **Desvantagens**: There is no way to get a view on one page for sharing purposes, 'scaling' it when the journey map or impact map is big. This can make it hard to take others who are not as inimately invovled on the journey with us, particularly those who are not as comfortable with this concept who we are trying to get 'buy-in' from.

> **Vantagens**: UXpressia is easy to use but also has all the features I need to make both small and big/complex journey maps. It's highly customizable if you want it to be, or you can just use the default options and still get a great looking journey map.

> **Desvantagens**: Performance on big maps could be better.

> I use UXpressia to make journey maps that aim to give a complete view of the journey. I include a lot of data and documents (screenshots, emails, pdf's etc). This works really well. If your goal is to make more 'light' journey maps that give a quick overview of the journey then there might be more suitable alternatives.
