O que é o Kumulos?
Kumulos is a unified mobile application performance management solution for tracking and controlling the commercial and technical performance of mobile apps. The modular solution provides a full 360 degree view of mobile app performance and allows users to manage push notifications & in-app messaging, optimize their apps within the app store optimization, access crash reports, generate meaningful analytics, and manage the content and infrastructure of their app through MBaaS (mobile backend as a service). The Unified Mobile App Performance Management (mAPM) solution from Kumulos provides the tools to track and manage the full lifecycle of mobile apps in regards to both commercial success and technical performance. To facilitate commercial performance management, Kumulos offers modules for app store optimization, a push notification service, and analytics and reporting. With the aim of improving app store performance and increasing new downloads, the app store optimization tool allows businesses to compare and track keywords against competitors, target specific user segments, and update their listing regularly to remain relevant. The push notifications service also aims to drive user engagement by allowing businesses to setup customized, event triggered notifications which can be automated within engagement campaigns with channel targeting and user segmentation. Decision making is aided through reporting and analytics which provide insight into commercial performance such as engagement, session length, visitor behavior, and more. In regards to technical performance management, Kumulos provides crash reporting and diagnostics, as well as mobile backend as a service (MBaaS). The MBaaS feature provides insight into API calls and processing times to help businesses monitor their server-side performance. Users are alerted to risks or crashes as they occur and crashes can be grouped into trends and prioritized in order to fix issues faster and avoid further crashes. The Crash Dashboard allows businesses to visualize where and how crashes are occurring and spot trends such as geography, device, platform, and more.Resumo do Kumulos

Vantagens
Ease of use. Great UI/UX, ease of integration into all our mobile apps. Easy to give customers insights into their apps performance and help them drive ROI.
Desvantagens
I would love for there to be more in depth reporting for crash information, and more details around user interactions during the crash

Vantagens
We have used Kumulos mBaaS, Analytics and Push Notifications and found it easy to use and the support team is the most responsive and supportive I have come across in a long time.
It's also nice to have all the services integrated with only one SDK which saved us a lot of time and money on implementation.
Love the fact that its microservices and that we only pay for what we use, and services can also be switched on and off if need be. Would certainly recommend this to anyone that is looking for a rounded solution.
Desvantagens
Was missing crash reporting at the time, but this has now been added and it was added pretty promptly from it first being mentioned by users.

Vantagens
It is an ample software ideal to manage mobile applications. since you can manage your performance where you have an accident report to manage the welfare of the application and stay informed with push notifications and weekly reports.
The good thing about this software is that you can improve the commercial performance of your application and get more downloads of google play and app store. where you can compare the performance of your applications with the competition.
Desvantagens
You can try kumulos for free but then it depends on its use can be expensive, it pays each feature that offers separately
