Cognism’s database contains information on 400 million business professionals, and users can integrate their CRM, with native support for connecting Salesforce, Pipedrive, and HubSpot in addition to the universal CRM integration.

Cognism ReFresh utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and real-time data to clean and enrich contact records. The proprietary DataHelix AI targets stale data and locates missing information such as technology data, industries, and job titles. CRM data cleanliness and cost per lead reports allow users to evaluate the health of their database. DataHelix also verifies contact email addresses through a 14-step process to ensure that leads can be contacted. Cognism Engage enables the creation and automation of outbound marketing, with support for email, social, and phone touch points, and the ability to target campaigns based on buyer personas.

Overall the Cognism team has been exceptional in their support and willingness to help us success with their product. It's been a great experience and we have tried many competitors.

Vantagens

I like the ease and speed of use - you can create custom filters and drill lists down deeper and deeper really quickly which saves tons of time data cleaning and exporting lists.

Desvantagens

Overall Cognism is a great product but overall cold outreach and prospecting is a tough errand, so success is hard to come by. It's a lot of grunt work for non predictable returns.
