IBM Watson Campaign Automation is a cloud-based, artificial intelligence (AI) powered marketing automation solution which enables the personalization of customer journeys across multiple channels including SMS, email, mobile push, and social media. The software offers tools for campaign automation, A/B testing, lead scoring, interactive reporting, and more.

With Watson Campaign Automation’s design canvas, users can create custom multi-step, multi-channel campaigns collaboratively with their marketing team colleagues. Multiple digital channels, including web, email, SMS, social media, and mobile push can be combined in a single campaign. The IBM journey designer allows users to create customer journey maps, share these with their colleagues, and use them to establish common goals and designed optimal customer experiences. Campaigns can be personalized, and A/B/n (multivariate) testing enables the identification of best-performing messages, and optimization of campaign open and click-through rates.

The AI-powered Watson Marketing Assistant provides users with access to a variety of information, including campaign reports, KPIs, trends, industry benchmarks, performance predictions, and more, through the self-learning conversational interface. Users can also hover over graphs and charts to view insights into possible campaign optimizations. Marketing plans can be connected to investments, allowing users to plan for revenue impact and measure actual results against investment to determine future marketing spend.

Vantagens

Platform is well designed and intuitive making it easy for users of other systems to adapt to the IBM Watson Campaign Automation tool set. Planning and creating broadcast and automated campaigns can be mastered in no time. The data structures and functional operations work well.

Desvantagens

Some of the more advanced features require a learning curve, but once mastered they are quite reliable.
