The best feature, in my opinion, is the local user account management on computers. Being able to remotely reset a password, add a new account, or shut down an account instantly is something that no other SaaS offering can match at this level. > > **Desvantagens**: There are some pretty big gaps in features and functionality. No smart user or computer groups. No FileVault key rotation. Software deployment leaves a lot to be desired. > > JumpCloud is an interesting product in that it's a bit of an all-or-nothing situation. Another feature that I find most valuable is the device management solution, specifically Windows. It was really easy to learn and there are lots of helpful tooltips and information popups to explain how features work. Conditional Access Policies are just what we needed to secure access to our corporate resources. JumpCloud is definitely worth the investment\! Our account team \[sensitive content hidden\] has given us very prompt and quality support. We can definitely rely on them to help us solve our endpoint security problems.
