The CRM is easy to approach and has just been given a great, new interface. The CRM helps us identify correct candidates and integrates with job board aggregators. The comprehensive comms functionality including sms, email, templates and documents makes it easy to action and track campaigns. The integration to the payroll system is seamless and easy. The payroll \& charge system meets all our needs which is impressive considering our size and complexity. This is turn integrates with the credit control functionality and sales ledger system. As a web application, this integration means you can move around the system with ease. We also use the online timesheet system, timeline, as well as the client portal and the supply chain portal to service our master vendor clients. These integrate with the main system via an API. As a systems director it is impressive how little staff is needed to maintain such a large and complex system. > > **Desvantagens**: Until recently we struggled with integration with 3rd party products. But with the latest API development, this has now been resolved. > > Talisman is our strategic partner and we work very closely with them to continuously develop the products to meet our needs, to implement the latest tech and to provide better service for our clients.
