The most positive review from operators is that they can input a work order from their phones. I prefer to have the easiest, no thought processes, in the tools I use. I am not a fan of it not being refreshed when I get to my desk > > I am very pleased with MaintainX. There has not been one concern I have had. Once the work order requester was available to all operators, the communication between operators and maintenance techs opened immediately.
