O Reward Gateway é uma plataforma de participação do funcionário baseada na nuvem e que auxilia grandes empresas na recompensa e reconhecimento de funcionários. Os principais recursos incluem indicações entre colegas, entrega de prêmios, comunicações, criação de pesquisas, administração de benefícios, notificações por push e alertas em tempo real.

A plataforma mostra conquistas individuais e da equipe por meio de um feed em tempo real, permitindo que os funcionários interajam por meio de comentários e curtidas. Os funcionários podem enviar cartões eletrônicos personalizados para homenagear colegas e comemorar marcos. Os usuários podem criar vídeos e páginas de conteúdo para compartilhar notícias da empresa, entregar mensagens para públicos segmentados e enviar notificações por push e alertas em tempo real para aumentar o envolvimento. O Reward Gateway vem com uma biblioteca de modelos editáveis de pesquisa que permitem às equipes de recursos humanos coletar comentários dos funcionários e medir a eficácia dos programas de participação dos funcionários por meio de pesquisas personalizadas.

O Reward Gateway inclui um módulo de desconto para funcionários que permite aos gerentes distribuir cupons na loja e online e esquemas de descontos para o comércio varejista. Vantagens

The site is engaging, easy to use and of good quality. The software is easy to navigate and personalize when needed.

Desvantagens

The reporting is a bit hit and miss, the data is there the reports just don't run sometimes! The customer support team however is reactive and resolve asap.

Vantagens

The product is constantly being developed and new features introduced. The Smart Spending app is a great place to store all your unused vouchers. Company are very responsive on their online chat function. Normally get a response within 2 minutes, even at the weekend.

Desvantagens

Nothing really. Many of the niggles we had with the system when we first signed up have been addressed. The main one was having to plan your spending, which is not always possible. Now with instant vouchers you can buy what you need in the shop and have them instantly available on your smart phone

Vantagens

the design was very customizable and the implementation team was helpful.

Desvantagens

the app which is how most of our employees access the site, as they are on the road not in an office, does not have the same capabilities as the site on the desktop does. this deters most of our users from utilizing this tool and requires more work for the admin team. i was not aware of the differences before go-live. our team would like to post our own photos to celebrate success in the field. the savings app is completely separate then the company app and that confuses people as well as the savings method is not user friendly.

not much honestly. i wish some of the prices reflecting on the great buys were less than amazon or walmart prices. The great discounts on things are the typical normal prices found online.

Brand Integrity is an excellent product with good customer support. It provides an ongoing recognition system between employee engagement surveys, which helps keep the topic of engagement and satisfaction in front of supervisors and employees all year. The major limitation is that it is a technology solution, and many of our LTC employees do not use or have regular access to technology every day.

Vantagens

Fairly easy to navigate. Robust reporting. Allows easy drill-down reporting in a large organization. Fairly intuitive especially for folks who are familiar with platforms like Facebook.

Desvantagens

It is better for folks who work at a desk all day, and is limited for folks who work on the floor. The tech support is not quite as robust as sales makes it out to be, but it is still solid support. The price point is very high for the ROI.
