I want a bit more control on billing - every bill is different as we are a small organisation. Place holders in diary - so that the appointment doesn't get sent away immediately. Send later option for invoices, appointments and other communications. The scheduling platform was amazing and easy to use but the clinical notes did not have all the necessary tool to be compliant with Medicare guidelines. I wish Jane would give you a quick preview of what I am going to book so I could double check I’ve got the correct time selected but it doesn’t. > > Jane is the best option for managing a clinic with 10+ therapists working at the same time. I can alter individual schedules, I let Jane fill cancellation spots using the waitlist, and patients find the system easy to use.
