Psychotherapy documentation has very specific needs like charting progress notes, treatment plans, risk assessments, and I found myself working around the system rather than having it fully adapt to my clinical requirements. > > My experience with Jane has been largely positive with some areas of friction. The scheduling and booking features work exceptionally well, and my clients have responded well to the interface. However, the charting side still leaves room for improvement from a clinical standpoint.
