Document creation is smooth once it is set up. The intakes work well and the dynamic fields in the intakes keep improving. The ability to SMS from Neos is a real plus, but I was not satisfied with having to subscribe to Ring Central to fully use SMS. > > **Desvantagens**: Neos is best used for non-litigated case files. It does not have a case calendaring system for any jurisdiction's rules.
