I appreciate the fact that everything—agendas, meeting minutes, policies, calendar are stored in one secure, and searchable location. > > **Desvantagens**: Diligent Community is a web-based board portal where board members and others with privileges can access meeting materials, agendas, and notes. However, I find that the public-facing search tool can be difficult to use and does not always deliver intuitive results. I find it difficult to search for older meeting materials and I believe that this is one of the product's biggest weaknesses. > > My overall experience with Diligent Community has been largely positive. The platform provides a centralized, secure space for managing board agendas, minutes, and public documents, which has significantly streamlined our governance processes.
