The ability to add workaround detail / instruction to incidents and communicate this quickly has vastly improved user experience during incidents. We use Klaxon for Major Incidents and Planned Maintenance and Klaxon does what is says on the tin. Klaxon is easy to tailor to your process. We would never consider moving back to the old process.
