I do not have to learn a new complex system or change how I work. I just open it when I need to verify something and it delivers exactly what I need - a real browser, a real device, real results. Before a project goes live I run through the key pages on Chrome, Safari and a couple of Android and iOS devices. The whole check takes maybe 15 minutes and I have caught layout issues, font problems and touch behavior bugs that I would have completely missed otherwise. That 15 minutes has saved me hours of post delivery fixes more times than I can count. The session recordings and logs are also genuinely useful. When something looks off I can go back and understand exactly what happened instead of trying to reproduce it blindly. > > **Desvantagens**: I don't have strong complaints. The one thing I would mention is that session startup can feel a little slow on some days. When you are in a hurry before a deadline that small wait feels longer than it actually is. We have quite a complex app and a lot of automated tests around it that we run on every PR with a Jenkins integration. The overall setup has been quite helpful for us to catch any bugs on the Github PR itself and has helped greatly in increasing our app stability and stopped us from shipping critical bugs on a lot of occasions.
