CodeTwo has a ton of useful assets/ customer support materials that I was able to send to my IT team to help prepare our Outlook account to integrate with the CodeTwo software. After integrating the software, it is very easy to set up the signature email management side. They provide many designs to use as templates, which helps. I also love the ability to test my email signature designs to ensure they have been set up correctly. Once email signatures are designed, it is very easy to add and remove new users and to create different buckets of user groups. > > **Desvantagens**: I would like the option to "undo" when in design mode. Other than that, there really isn't anything else I like "least." > > My overall experience with CodeTwo has been great. The support team is really top-notch, which makes a huge difference when implementing the software. The codetwo app doesn't work with a mac computer. Even with windows installed through an instance of parallels on a mac, the app would not operate. You could download it, but the display was distorted and you could not see the screen for editing.
