Boulevard é um software baseado na nuvem desenvolvido para ajudar salões der beleza e spas de todos os tamanhos a gerenciar reservas, agendamentos, pagamentos, entrada e saída de clientes, associações, vendas e muito mais em um portal unificado. A plataforma permite que as organizações definam regras personalizadas para agendar tarefas, permissões de funcionários, categorias de serviços e preços em vários produtos, marcas e locais.
Boulevard permite que os administradores da recepção lidem com clientes sem reserva e capturem informações de contato dos clientes por meio do aplicativo para iPad e enviem alertas com o horário de chegada ao profissional de serviços designado. Oferece uma série de recursos, como processamento de cartão de crédito e débito, listas de espera, notificações de confirmação de horários, reserva de grupo, marcação, gestão de reembolsos, leitura de código de barras, relógio de ponto e muito mais. Os salões também podem criar, lançar e executar campanhas de marketing para promover produtos, categorizar clientes e solicitar classificações e comentários.
O Boulevard permite que os gerentes gerem, exportem e compartilhem relatórios para obter informações sobre o desempenho dos negócios, retenção de clientes, vendas brutas, dicas, utilização de recursos e outras métricas. Também pode ser integrado a vários sistemas de terceiros usados para gestão de previsões, planejamento de recursos empresariais (ERP, na sigla em inglês) e gestão do relacionamento com o cliente (CRM, na sigla em inglês) via API.

Vantagens
The customer service, messaging feature, ease of booking and checkout, and notifications. The program is very minimal and easy to use.

Vantagens
Ease of use. Minimal issues with the platform. Updates often. Significant amount of resources to understand the capabilities of the system, onboard staff and build out the program with the growth of the spa.
Desvantagens
Sometimes confusing when adding more services and products. Regarding to what page to initially build these services and products on. Sometimes a bunch of clicking back and forth.

Horrible. Costs too much for the subscription and their system is not very intuitive. It takes few extra steps to do anything in the system. Extra steps create a lot of places where mistakes can be made, especially when it comes to scheduling.
Vantagens
It is generally easy to learn out of the box, however there is definitely learning involved.
Desvantagens
The POS system is a joke and they force you to utilize them as a Merchant Processesor. Their rates are competitive with other premier solutions like Square, but they literally give you a $0.50 magnetic card swiper from China to process the payments. The alternative is to buy a glorified card reader for $150 (literally a block that is a glorified magnetic card swiper) that interfaces with your iPad through Bluetooth. If you have every used Bluetooth technology on your phone, you know how horribly unreliable that it can be. If the device times out when you're taking payment, be prepared to ask your clients to wait while you spend 5-10 minutes making sure that the devices are back on line. The

Overall I am in love with Boulevard. It simply works. Everything is clean and concise for ease of use with employees and customers. While it may not be absolutely perfect, it is certainly among the best softwares available for salon/spa management.
Vantagens
Boulevard's scheduling function is simple and easy. Its POS is intuitive and is streamlined to make check out quick and easy. It presents stylists with easy to digest reports of their own performance, while also providing in depth reports to management without throwing in useless data. The reports also create little to no confusion as to what is actually being reported.
Desvantagens
Most of my issues with Boulevard are missing functions, however, I understand that the development team is always working on improving the platform. My biggest complain is that the professional app doesn't let management view all reports. The desktop site is also not mobile friendly.
