> **Vantagens**: We use the platform to train and induct our seasonal staff that join us each year.  We often employ staff who haven't worked elsewhere and it allows us to introduce our brand to them and explain how things work/what is expected of them.  We can also ensure that they are all signed off on our unique protocols and health and safety procedures.  It was very easy to create bespoke modules that are engaging and simple to read.  We are fortunate to have a lot of good photos of our animals so it was easy to make it look nice.  I also used several of the standard modules available such as Food Hygiene and Allergens which I was able to simply brand and ensure that staff working in our catering functions all received the correct accreditation before joining us.  The most recent version of the platform allows me to bulk upload new starts on the system and assign them a unique 'profile' which determines which courses they receive. The reports allow me to monitor engagement and we are moving to a state now where line managers have control of their staff and can add their own content so the different areas of the business will become more bespoke.

> **Desvantagens**: I would like to be able to do more bulk uploads e.g. archiving staff at the end of the season.  There isn't anything that is difficult to use, the system is very intuitive so even when you've forgotten how to do something - you can easily work it out again.  We haven't fully integrated yet because we are changing our time and attendance system this year so I do things manually just now but the Tayl team are very helpful at supporting any large scale changes by making bulk changes centrally.

> My experience has been great.  We were initially on the older version of the platform because the latest version was still being developed.  We were migrated without any issue and I've always found that the team are keen to hear any suggestions for improvements and these are developed.  Whenever I have a questions, I've found the team to be very responsive and helpful.  I would thoroughly recommend this platform.

It’s simplicity makes it very easy to use, in addition to having access to crucial training courses especially the Health and Safety Courses. The ability to tailor courses to suit the needs of the organisation.

> **Desvantagens**: The ability to create your own certificates on the platform and then add your company/organisations logo on to it. To then have these certificates displayed after the user completes any bespoke courses created by the organisation. Platform needs an online tutorial, user guide for Administrators and course creators on what the functions are and how to use the new features which have been added (Roles, Departments, Locations etc).
