> **Vantagens**: UPN is so easy for my customers who are not inclined to work with flowcharts and process models. That alongside it's repository and business tools to manage individual records such as roles and systems is a game-changer for fast impact assessments of change.

> **Desvantagens**: There are a few clicks required to add other elements to whatboxes such as documents and other attributes.
The documents feature is handy but there are far better knowledge management tools in market that I would pair with Skore rather than use Skore to store documents.
