I've contacted them several times and they just don't seem to care. not the first issue, with the roll out of the new 1003 required, they did a horrible job and didn't even have it ready days after the dead line. If you ever run into issues with Calyx (and you will) you better have a back up because they are not dependable and you will likely need to call 10+ times to get anyone to respond. Considering the roll out of the URLA you would think they had no idea it was coming when in fact they had over a year to prepare. > > You cannot import a 3.4 which is very frustrating if you use a processor as most of us do. When changing figures the DTI calculation is incorrect most of the time. The company's customer service is awful. I reached out to their support team and they were supposed to call back. They never did. I have emailed support multiple times, they never respond. I would recommend looking into another program if you value your sanity and your time.
