We immediately reached out to customer support for assistance and received the most unhelpful and incompetent support, repeatedly being told that the Compliance Team would review our case. In the meantime, we now have to explain to our customers that we are experiencing an outage that we have no control over and no estimation on the resolution. It's incredible that a vendor would suspend services without a single warning email.
