It has all the features a company like ours (20 empl.) needs. > > **Desvantagens**: The customization abilities of the career page can be enhanced to be even more felixble. ----- ### "How did we do before Homerun?\!" — 5.0/5 > **Margot** | *4 de novembro de 2022* | Design | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: A very friendly interface, all the features to quicken the recruiting process and enable more team members to participate and review potential candidates. > > **Desvantagens**: Some UX patterns are to be improved or need more customizations. Customer service is always to here to help though\! ----- ### "Great onboarding, but offboarding needs serious work" — 1.0/5 > **Thomas** | *10 de junho de 2025* | Serviços e tecnologia da informação | Recommendation rating: 0.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Homerun makes it easy to get started. Onboarding is fast, and managing candidates is intuitive and smooth. It’s clearly built with user-friendliness in mind. > > **Desvantagens**: Offboarding, unfortunately, is where things fall apart. Our account and all associated data were permanently deleted within 24 hours of cancellation. With no warning, no grace period, and no way to reverse it. That felt abrupt and unnecessarily rigid, especially when it meant losing access to important candidate conversations. > > Our time using Homerun was largely positive while we were active users. The platform is well-designed, easy to navigate, and suited for small teams hiring fast. But the way our departure was handled left a bitter aftertaste. A more thoughtful approach to account closure, like a short data retention period—would make a big difference. ----- ### "Streamlined Hiring, Stronger Teamwork" — 5.0/5 > **Nadia** | *13 de outubro de 2025* | Serviços meio ambientais | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: A candidate overview and a shared team space to evaluate and rate candidates together – it makes collaboration so much easier\! > > **Desvantagens**: Sometimes it’s a bit unclear for colleagues when a message is sent to a candidate and when the communication is meant for internal use only. > > Using this platform has really improved the way our team collaborates during the hiring process. The candidate overview and shared evaluation space make it easy for everyone to stay aligned and provide input. Communication is clearer, decisions are faster, and the whole process feels far more structured. ----- ### "Home Run is hitting it out of the park" — 5.0/5 > **erik** | *15 de janeiro de 2026* | Artes cênicas | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: It has a simple userfriendly interface, and makes the process of sorting and evaluating applications straightforward and easy to carry out within a hiring team setting. in the arts, it is especially handy as it allows quick toggling between multiple candidates for comparative purposes, so that you can figure out who to interview as part of your hiring or selecting process. And if there are questions, customer support is prompt and helps solve any challenges quickly, so that you can focus on recruitment and not practical issues. > > **Desvantagens**: i just wish you could also give half-stars. one to five whole stars is a little imprecise when you are deciding between a large number of candidates. > > Very positive. I will use it again the next time we have a large scale application pool that we need to be able to sort swiftly and efficiently. ----- Page: 1 / 4\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/2051707/homerun?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/2051707/homerun) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
