Blackbird installation and operational experience

Vantagens
Ease of setup. Intuitive user and administrative interface. We were up and running within a few hours on our first production line and after validation have expanded to several production lines without any major issues. Additionally they provide very good user support.
Desvantagens
Standard reporting could be improved but we have found that Blackbird have provided customised BI reports to meet our specific Company reporting requirements

I have worked with the system in multiple companies and what most common areas to improve has been the overall capacity, efficiency, and changeovers. But also to understand our flow and speed in a whole new level. We have worked a lot with improve specific product due to the batch function as well.
Vantagens
I think that it's not one thing there stands out, but the system in total.For us it's a great way to collect our data, compare, analyse etc. and therefore be smarter in our day to day decisions.
Desvantagens
There i would say that you cant fully design all your needs, but thats understandable.

Blackbird, a great OEE and downtime analysis tool

Vantagens
Once deployed the software is reliable and incredibly easy to use providing detailed insight into OEE and downtime reasons.
Desvantagens
Our initial install process was time-consuming and challenging for our particular use cast. However, I'm sure for more typical factory production line systems deployment and integration would be easy.

Very good handling of the data picked up for the production, Eeasy implementation and adapttionalt o our production conditions. A loty of features to use for analysing the picked up production datas

We are just at the beginning of our "blackbird jurney" but have already been able to make the problems on our productionlines very visible, and then take the right actions, so the overall experience with blackbird is very impressive
Vantagens
Easy to use, very skilled people from Blackbird to help setting it up, and understanding the features of the product, and very fast responsetime when you have issues that you cant solve by yourselve
Desvantagens
nothing comes to mind, but we are only in the beginning of our "blackbirdjourney"
