Playground is on the right track but needs to partner with high quality early learning centers that really use technology to operate their programs and would be able to give more insight on how they could potentially improve the platform. Children of Joy would love to do it because I see the potential in Playground and that's why I made the switch from a 30+ year established system and brand like Procare to a brand new company, relative to Procare, like Playground. Also a little frustrating that the mobile app doesn't mirror all the same functionality of the website even as an administrator. That said, the apps do most of what peoples' day-to-day needs are, and the website allows full access and ability to handle anything the mobile app either didn't allow or which didn't get handled right the first time. > > I needed to set up a new business and center quickly, and if Playground hadn't been available I'd still be arguing about high prices and struggling with onboarding with the competition. Playground was fast, covered almost all my business needs, and was affordable.
