Not many pros to add. Customer service is great and friendly. > > **Desvantagens**: You can literally do the same thing twice in a row with two different outcomes. There seems to always be a special secret little way to change something that normally would just be at the top and simple to access. An example of the terrible layout is in the comment tab. If you click the comment tab then the comment format tab is NINE TABS AWAY to the right lol. Bluebeam is way better and I would not recommend this product for a few more years at least. Another issue we've had is access offline. One of our users purchased through the app store and not Foxit directly and it is resulting in an issue with the software key code. Microsoft is impossible to contact directly and foxit just says its a Microsoft issue. So IF you buy; buy from Foxit. Another is I am only able to impost and work on PDFs. So I have to convert files if I wish to use Foxit. > > Not 100% happy. We're working on engineering documents and I find myself still going back to bluebeam.
