He has also organized a technical meeting where their specialist has done a demo of the product, helped configured the stream. support was available later during the deployment stage for optimizing the video quality and to solve an issue with the AWS auto-managed deployment. Very reactive in responding to our messages, helpful in providing documentation. I was really shocked by such a high quality of the product support. I used Community Edition for almost 2 years while building my platform and I was able to reach out to their team anytime with questions, and even was able to demo the product before moving to Enterprise, just so they could confirm it was the right move for my project.
