> **Vantagens**: first i like it, but later on, as im exporting, it took. 1 day to approve, most likely their avatars have too much restriction of use. given you pay for it.

> **Desvantagens**: The terms and customer service of this app are truly disappointing. I even submitted a request for verification because the video I created was specifically intended for internal use by my team. Some of the details included were necessary and couldn’t be removed, as they were essential to the content. Despite this, and without offering any explanation or proper communication, the app simply disapproved the video and removed it altogether. We weren’t even informed about the decision. It’s frustrating and unprofessional to be treated this way, especially when users are paying for the service.

> I’ve been working on creating my video for the past two weeks, putting in so much time and effort to ensure it turned out well. Then all of a sudden, without any notice or explanation, the app decided not to approve it and even removed it entirely. What’s even more frustrating is the fact that I actually paid for this service—and now all of that has gone to waste. I can’t even export my work. So what exactly did I pay for? It feels incredibly unfair and disappointing to invest both time and money only to end up with nothing. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and honestly, I can’t recommend this app to anyone. Please think twice before using it.

> **Vantagens**: After assessing with other competitors, I haven't found any who comes close with the right balance of believability and quality of their avatars. The ease of use is also a great plus. I don't need complexity of features right now. For us, it offers true scalability and believability to our videos. We are also looking to scale out to other countries so offering translation capabilities is going to be a massive hit when we do.

> **Desvantagens**: Workspace needs some work. Inability to share Avatars in an enterprise environment. Although simple to use, and despite my comments earlier, a few extra editing tools would be useful. Being able to add emphasis to specific words over and beyond offering a phonetic spelling. Ability to slow the speach in places would be useful too. Adding pauses is a good compromise, but compromise it is still.

> Account engagement has been first class. As for the tool, creating your own avatar is very simple. I'm keen to test with the Studio grade avatar with correct lighting and chromakeying.
