There is no option to cancel directly from the platform. Instead, users are required to send an email, and cancellation must be requested at least two days in advance, which is highly inconvenient. The information on how to cancel is not easily accessible, and this seems designed to make the process more difficult than necessary. This type of commercial practice may be considered unfair under EU consumer protection laws, especially given the lack of transparency and the deliberate friction in the cancellation process.
