He used and swore by Constant Contact. Then at one point it became necessary for me to do this work increasingly by myself. So, when I took over the software, I was a tad nervous at first, but it was all for not because it flowed easily within a very short time. In fact, there was little to no lag from learning new software so most of its architecture and design was very similar to a multitude of apps I had previously worked with.
