> **Vantagens**: Google Drive is the perfect tool for organizing documents, spreadsheets, and other files. It also makes it easy to collaborate or share files.

> **Desvantagens**: I've found it somewhat difficult to find a what I'm looking for when using the mobile apps. You have to have the Drive app, along with the Docs app and Sheets app, etc. I could not find a document folder in the Docs app but I think I had to go to the Drive app to find it.

> **Vantagens**: Google Drive has been an incredible documents storage and management tool and I like the simplicity of the user interface and how well everything is organized as it allows me to effortlessly navigate it. It provides a very secure files storage space with advanced protection features which help ensure that all the files i have uploaded are scanned for any malware and also help prevent any unauthorized access to the files. Google Drive has an in-built files sharing feature which allows me to transfer and share files with my learners safely and directly from the storage without having to download them first. I like that i can categorize my files and store related ones under one folder and subfolder as it makes it really easy and convenient to access the files i require. Google Drive also offers search features which makes it quick to locate the file am looking for without having to go through every folder.

> **Desvantagens**: Genuinely, there has been nothing to dislike about Google Drive because all the features are easy to use and everything has always responded perfectly without any issues. I have not discovered any performance issues and there has been nothing to complain about.

Google Drive provides me with a cloud storage that makes it possible for me to always have access to my stored documents from anywhere and whenever i need to use them. The UI is really intuitive and sleek. My team and I have been using it for years, and we really love it. Document management is a breeze, as long as you have a good, dependable system of tracking and auditing your process documentation and storage of data.

It also provides the feature of collaboration which is also one of my favorite features of Google Drive as it allows sharing the data all the files with other users in real time smoothly also it has managing the documents seamless in its folders which keep the documents clutter free.

> **Desvantagens**: The biggest problem that I found using Google Drive is the limited storage for the free users. Managing large number of files in becomes a serious headache. Also getting assistance from the customer support is difficult for the free user.

The integration of Google Drive with Google Docs also makes note taking and text editing easy and provides access to the documents anytime and anywhere.
