The software has a learning curve, and some common tasks require too many steps. One of the biggest drawbacks is that the mobile app is geared more toward field use and lacks important functionality for managers, who often have to return to the desktop version to complete routine administrative and operational tasks. A more feature-complete mobile experience would make it much more useful for management on the go. > > Overall, I've had a good experience with Aspire. It does a great job of bringing estimating, scheduling, job costing, invoicing, and customer information together in one place, which makes it much easier to keep track of jobs and stay organized. Once you get familiar with the system, it's a powerful tool that can really help manage day-to-day operations. My biggest complaint is that it isn't always the most intuitive to use, and the mobile app feels pretty limited for managers. There are a lot of tasks that still require logging into the desktop version, which can be frustrating when you're away from the office. If they expanded the mobile app and simplified some of the workflows, it would make a big difference. A CRM-style activity log that timestamps every interaction, identifies who entered the note, and tracks calls, emails, meetings, and other communications would be valuable addition. -There is not built-in follow up or reminder system for prospects, making it easy for opportunities to be overlooked. -The inability to accept credit card payments directly though Aspire. -Search functions could be easier to use. -Site audits are not very easy. It is time consuming by having to click into every single picture to type a description. It would be nice to have some form of way to know if I missed a description on a picture before I print it out. Also a reminder if a site audit is overdue. It is a long process that requires multiple people with different ways to set it up. The email went out without the attachment to several hundred contacts and worked fine when we broke it into smaller groups. > > Very satisfied, ease of use and updates for important issues a definite plus.
