I can set it up to alert me only on certain items in my org tree by priority, and it works 100% and I don't ever miss notifications. > > **Desvantagens**: Some alert settings could be more customizable or paused for a certain time period easier. The user interface could be setup a little cleaner and up to date. > > PRTG brings a lot of value to our organization and it works well to notify our Department immediately when something is down. We have a critical need for this.
