I also like to run reports on my leave balances every month. ----- ### "Ready is a great tool" — 4.0/5 > **Lori** | *4 de novembro de 2025* | Atacadistas | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Easy to use. Reporting ability. Being able to auto email reports weekly, monthly, and yearly to yourself, others, as well as outside vendors as needed. > > **Desvantagens**: Customer Service. It could be better. Reaching out to you when you are not available \& then not as flexible to work much or close out the case before it is resolved. Have to fight to keep the case open as needed. > > It has been good so far. Easy to use. Customer Service is lacking \& it takes forever regarding integrated files for vendors to be set up and work as they should. ----- ### "Ready for UKG Ready" — 3.0/5 > **Noah** | *24 de outubro de 2025* | Filantropia | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I liked that UKG Ready had a lot a features that I could utilize for employee tracking, particularly relating to employee management and recruiting. > > **Desvantagens**: It could be due to the organization not having enough UKG Ready add-ons, but I felt that integration was very poor with the regular version of UKG. The information transfer made no sense to me and I found it made some work difficult. > > I had a lot of success using UKG Ready during the onboarding process, as I had a high volume of hires while utilize the program. Most of my troubles with UKG came form editing/changing employee information after hire. ----- ### "UKG Software" — 5.0/5 > **Kevin** | *6 de julho de 2026* | Restaurantes | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Multiple use software for my teams. Able to use for timesheets and team data. Tracking of additional training useful > > **Desvantagens**: Unable to tab between fields in some pages which causes issues when completing timesheets from scratch > > Useful for our teams and the app was very helpful on the move. The geo fence would be useful for tracking ----- ### "Happily Ever After..." — 5.0/5 > **Patrinia** | *4 de novembro de 2025* | Gestão de organizações sem fins lucrativos | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The ability to customize different modules to fit our company needs. I truly love the Reports. I thought ADP had the best reports until we implemented UKG. > > **Desvantagens**: Right now, we are having serious issues with GL Module (grant allocations) and our payroll JE. I'm happy that UKG has an integration with NetSuite. UKG is the first HRIS that has allowed us to integrate our NetSuite software. Our payroll JE has been on an Excel spreadsheet for DECADES and we were required to copy one line at a time into NetSuite... couldn't import the JE. > > My team and I love UKG Ready. We are fairly new clients to the platform. But based upon our previous experiences with other HRIS over the last 10 years - we are finally in a happy place. We still have a few hiccups here and there that we are working on- but overall, we are excited about the plans we have envisioned for our staff using UKG. ----- Page: 1 / 47\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/91248/UKG-Ready?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/91248/UKG-Ready) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
