The integration is key to making rental management easy. > > **Desvantagens**: There is a missing link with VRBO. Chatting with guests before booking still has to be done in the VRBO app. ----- ### "Building out for successful ROI" — 5.0/5 > **Leon** | *13 de fevereiro de 2026* | Hotelaria | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Relatively easy to use and set up. Quite intuitive in its listing management. Payment process direct to bank account through the Stripe integration will be great. Customer Support has been timely and overall I feel a great value for the money. > > **Desvantagens**: All the setups of the other channels to be managed was difficult. It woukd be great if there was an infirmation dump to create \[sensitive content hidden\] and VRBO dorectly from Lodgify. > > Good overall experience so far, though we are early in the game. I have seen no oncremental increasenin bookings yet but will trust the process over the next couple of months and do my part to build out the Lodgify built in webpage ----- ### "Customer service diminished after purchase" — 2.0/5 > **Mark** | *17 de fevereiro de 2026* | Ócio, viagens e turismo | Recommendation rating: 4.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Customer service with Lodgify was good during my review of the service. Initial setup went fairly well. > > **Desvantagens**: Once I purchased, customer service has been very poor; often unresponsive to multiple requests. A discount promised during the sales process was not honored and attempts to resolve have gone unanswered. > > Initial setup was fairly smooth. There is some duplication of work required with Airbnb, but I don't believe that is Lodgify's fault. ----- ### "Could not live without my Lodgify app." — 5.0/5 > **Karen** | *13 de fevereiro de 2026* | Contabilidade | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: You can gain bookings over a number of platforms and manage your business easer and seamlessly. Easy inbox messaging with AI options when communicating with clients. > > **Desvantagens**: Finance and reporting tools are limited on the starter plans. Cannot see the full calendar on my laptop for the month on single use. > > Great customer service, ease of use. Responsive with enquiries. Platform interface is clear and very use friendly. ----- ### "Couldn’t live without it as a small host" — 5.0/5 > **Stanislav** | *20 de abril de 2026* | Hotelaria | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I really enjoy the simplicity it gives my business. I’m able to have everything synchronised in one place and the automatic messages have really helped a lot as well. > > **Desvantagens**: To be totally honest, there isn’t any “con” that I’ve come across so far, I will say that their website templates are quite basic but it’s something that’s easily fixed ----- Page: 1 / 54\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/91252/lodgify?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/91252/lodgify) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
