Automatic saving and version history are essential features for my daily use. While Microsoft Word may still be the industry standard, Google Docs offers most of the features I regularly need with much greater convenience when it comes to sharing and collaboration. > > **Desvantagens**: Templates are probably my biggest frustration with Google Docs. I don't find the template system particularly user-friendly, especially in an organizational environment where templates can be applied or made available across the entire organization.
