Labels and filters help me keep things organised without too much effort. The spam filter is pretty strong too, I barely see junk in my inbox. I also like how it connects with Drive and Calendar, makes it easy to attach files or schedule things without switching apps. > > **Desvantagens**: Sometimes the interface feels a bit crowded, especially with all the side panels. Customization is there but not super deep, I wish I could tweak the layout more. A few times legit emails ended up in spam and I only noticed later. The mobile app works fine but notifications can be delayed sometimes. Also when you get too many threads in one conversation it gets messy and hard to follow.
