So although we could use the scheduler to assign our employee's a worklist by customer and items, it wasn't linked to anything in regards to the actual order, leaving us manually printing each work order detail and manually updating changes to work orders. There was no link to the actual work order and time tracking. Our employees could not see customer information either, so they had to call the office several times for missing contact information or rely on the office to communicate with the customer. > > We used Quickbooks Time for many years. Our employees loved that they could track their time and review their time on their own.
