From an Anaplan and Data Operations perspective, it’s extremely helpful for mapping account hierarchies, data flows between systems (Salesforce, enrichment tools, GTM stack), and end-to-end process documentation. It enables clear collaboration across teams by making workflows, ownership, and dependencies easy to understand at a glance. This has been especially valuable when aligning with stakeholders, onboarding new team members, and explaining technical concepts to non-technical partners. The real-time collaboration and clean visuals help us move faster and reduce back-and-forth during reviews and planning discussions. > > **Desvantagens**: What we liked least is that some advanced features and integrations are locked behind higher-tier licenses, which can limit access for broader teams. For larger or more complex diagrams (such as detailed data flows or multi-system architectures), performance can occasionally slow down, making edits slightly less smooth.
