From estimation to project management. On the field work and financial surveillance this program does it all. > > **Desvantagens**: Could use some updates and improvements with AI integration but I know that will come soon\! Also better integration with Spectrum would be a plus. > > 10/10 the best construction management software on the market\! I love procore and it is truly the best when it comes to whst it is designed for. ----- ### "Great tool for GC's and subs alike" — 4.0/5 > **Joe** | *1 de junho de 2026* | Construção | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: The best thing about Procore is the real time updating of drawings and progress pics so everybody on my team knows where we stand without having to reach out and start an email chain. There's accountability, QC checks, deficiency reports, easy vendor contract access, change order history, etc. > > **Desvantagens**: There's much to be desired as far as intuiting workflows. Often features, some very necessary to proceed with certain tasks, can be in funny, hard to find drop down menus. > > Overall, Procore is an indispensable tool and one without which I'm unsure how we'd be able to coordinate jobs. The fact I can be given access to other company's systems as well as grant access to our vendors makes it the first place I go to or refer others to whenever a question arises. That alone demonstrates its value. ----- ### "Procore Review" — 3.0/5 > **Avaliador Verificado** | *16 de dezembro de 2025* | Construção | Recommendation rating: 5.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Procore is a somewhat easy way to send documents to clients through their portals. Notifications are sent when they have feedback > > **Desvantagens**: Navigating the site is not as easy of a task as others. Sometimes I would receive errors when attempting uploads. ----- ### "Easy project management tool" — 5.0/5 > **Scott** | *30 de junho de 2026* | Construção | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: Procore stands out for its userfriendly document retrieval, cost estimation, scheduling, and easy project collaboration. > > **Desvantagens**: There are no significant dislikes and the first learning is easy and no much technical help required. ----- ### "Great product makes for great projects" — 5.0/5 > **Austin** | *27 de fevereiro de 2026* | Imóveis comerciais | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Vantagens**: I've used this as a GC and as an owner, and it allows for seamless team collaboration for the entire project. It simplifies communication and makes it easy to find what you're looking for. I can see who has the ball in their court and know instantly where issues or potential issues may be hiding which eliminates issues with stubborn subcontractors and makes invoicing an accounts payable/receivable that much easier. There's nothing sitting in Beta mode, they work out issues seemingly before they become issues. Should you run into an issue, they are quick to help and often have a module to learn whatever it is you may be struggling with, making it easy for the young assistant superintendent or the seasoned senior superintendents learn the same systems with ease. > > **Desvantagens**: It's not the most cost effective choice, but it is the most effective choice. There is a cost to be efficient but your money is well spent here. > > It helps get a project done. It's as simple as that. If you put the info in the software, everyone has access to it. it eliminates back and forth emails and keeps documents relevant and at the top of the stack. ----- Page: 1 / 108\ Seguinte: [Next page](https://www.getapp.pt/software/9704/procore?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.pt/software/9704/procore) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-MX | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Structured Data
