I also like that you can make a message as unread -- that way, I can remember to go back to it later if I'd read a message but don't have time to respond at that moment. Being able to tag each other is also really useful and helpful. When I've talked to customer support, they've been helpful. In some ways, it's easy to use. > > **Desvantagens**: I find it hard to navigate in some ways -- it seems to take a lot of steps to find the actual conversation that took place about a specific project when I'm searching. I also am not always able to find messages in my in box even though I'm tagged on a project. Another thing I'm not a fan of is how Wrike only shows the most recent comments and you have to expand to see more. It should just show everything when you go to a page but start at the bottom where the most recent threads are. My least favorite thing is that there's no search feature. I would love to be able to search my Wrike desktop and even specific pages for words, phrases, projects, etc., to find things more easily. Sometimes something comes up in this year's project that I know was discussed the previous year or the one before that. The first was to find a new project management tool while onboarding another marketing group. We demoed over 10 PM tools from Basecamp to Monday to Asana to Workzone and Wrike won with it's attention to custom field management, flexible request forms, and sophisticated organizational tools. Over the years it has proven to be a forward thinking company that rolls out new features with regularity, making it's product a better value year over year. > > **Desvantagens**: It's easy to get lost in configuration of the tool, the learning curve to becoming an expert admin and setting up good governance is steep and takes time. However it is worth it to have full control over your environment. > > Bringing wrike onboard as our PM partner has had a very positive impact on our productivity. We've also had great partnership with their customer success team, helping us auto-migrate work from Asana when another team came onboard to our instance, and helping build out a global solution to expand further for our company. The dashboard provides an overview of all the projects we are working on and all their status' without having to ping each member individually and wait. Automation is another feature that I enjoy and as I created a workflow several years ago that automatically moves tasks to the next person responsible after approval and I don't even think about this anymore as it just happens. In addition to automation, real-time collaboration with multiple users entering data into the same area does not create problems. > > **Desvantagens**: The cost of Wrike increases faster than you would think if you want to use many of its important features. Many of the advanced tools such as dashboards, advanced reporting, certain integration with third party software, etc. are not standard, so they will increase your costs. A small issue of mine is that the wrike mobile application performs much slower than the web based version and takes longer to load and therefore, I generally wait to check Wrike until I am sitting at my desk. > > In our company prior to using Wrike, we were storing project information in email communications, shared Excel spreadsheets, and/or individual employee memory systems. Wrike helps cut down on miscommunication issues that occur frequently between departments by providing visibility to what work is completed or still pending within cross-departmental projects. Accountability is also increased through Wrike.
